Non U.S. Resident Information
Under U.S. federal securibes laws, for an individual to qualify as an accredited investor, he or she must meet at least one of the following: 1) earned income of more than $200,000 per year, or a joint income with spouse of $300,000, (for each of the two most recent years and expected same income level in the current year); 2) have a net worth, (see explana@on below), that is more than $1.0 million either individually or jointly with person's spouse. Net Worth? You can calculate this amount by taking the value of everything you own globally,(including real estate, but excluding your primary home), and subtrac@ng anything that you owe, such as your loans and mortgages, (except that the mortgage on your primary home is not to be subtracted unless it is more than the current value of the property).
